The desk does not invent facts. It opens them somewhere checkable and cites the trail. These are the standing sources every letter is drafted against.
EMA product information
Amsterdam - The desk sits in Stockholm, so European product information is read beside the US label. Divergences are named, not smoothed over.
PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov
Bethesda - Named trials and registry records back the numbers a letter quotes. A rate without a citation is cut.
